Trading with Maat provides financial-market education, trader-development coaching, demonstrations, behavioral evaluation, market observations, and educational resources. TMBA, TMJE, Coaching Scores and Trader Classifications

Trading with Maat may use proprietary assessments, including behavioral evaluations, coaching observations, trading journals, TMBA classifications, TMJE reports, stage evaluations, win-rate calculations, or other development metrics. These tools are intended to assist with education, coaching, self-assessment, behavioral awareness, and trader development. They are not investment recommendations, predictions of future financial performance, guarantees of profitability, psychological or medical diagnoses, or professional financial suitability determinations. A classification or score reflects information available at the time of evaluation and may change as the trader develops.

Artificial Intelligence, Seba Maat & Maatika

Trading with Maat may use artificial-intelligence technology, including ChatGPT, as part of its educational, administrative, coaching-support, documentation, and trader-development processes. The AI-assisted operating identity “Seba Maat” and the digital guide/avatar “Maatika” may assist Coach SAKHEP and program participants with TMJE organization, trade statistics, Stage evaluations, TMBA documentation, assignments, coaching summaries, educational resources, One2One preparation, onboarding, and progress tracking. Artificial intelligence is used as a support tool for education, documentation, analysis, organization, and coaching—not as an autonomous financial adviser, broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or trading authority. AI-generated observations, summaries, calculations, classifications, reports, assignments, or other outputs may be reviewed, corrected, supplemented, or rejected by Coach SAKHEP or another authorized Trading with Maat representative. Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. AI systems can make mistakes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making an investment or trading decision. Neither Seba Maat, Maatika, ChatGPT, nor any other AI component is authorized to access or control a participant’s brokerage account, place or close trades, exercise discretionary trading authority, or guarantee outcomes. Maatika is a digital educational guide and branded representation, not a separate licensed financial professional, human employee, or independent investment adviser. Seba Maat refers to an AI-assisted operating and educational function used with the Trading with Maat program. Third-party AI services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Participants should avoid submitting passwords, Social Security numbers, brokerage login credentials, complete banking credentials, or authentication codes through AI-supported interactions.

No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because Trading with Maat provides digital education, intellectual property, assessments, coaching access, community access, LIVE TRADING exposure, educational materials, proprietary methodologies, and other benefits that may become available immediately after purchase or enrollment, no refunds are provided for purchased or granted access to programs, courses, digital materials, One2One coaching, LIVE TRADING, coaching calls, TMBA/TMJE assessments, Stage 1-3 participation, memberships, community access, recordings, downloads, reports, or unused or missed access. Trading with Maat may, at its sole discretion, provide a reschedule, account credit, replacement access, or other accommodation; such accommodation is voluntary and creates no obligation or precedent.

Coach and Participant Positions

Coaches, instructors, community members, or affiliates may own, trade, or have interests in securities discussed during educational activities. Their personal trading activity does not convert educational content into investment advice or a recommendation that you make the same trade.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Trading with Maat may use third-party services such as brokerage platforms, charting software, Zoom, Telegram, Stripe, Squarespace, artificial-intelligence services, or other technology providers. References to or use of any third-party company, service, security, platform, or product do not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Trading with Maat is not responsible for outages, data errors, execution failures, account restrictions, policy changes, or other actions of independent third-party providers.
