iGetMoney!CLUB™ and Trading with Maat™ respect the privacy of participants, prospective students, website visitors, community members, and others who interact with our educational services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we may use it, the services through which information may be processed, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with Trading with Maat, we may collect name, email, telephone number, city/state or general location, scheduling information, registration and enrollment information, payment status and transaction references, program or membership status, One2One participation, Zoom attendance, Telegram participation, Stage status, TMBA responses and classification, TMJE records, trade-journal information, assignments, coaching notes and summaries, evaluation results, certificates/completion status, participant communications, testimonials or marketing permissions, technical website information, and other information you voluntarily submit. We do not need or request brokerage login passwords, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, full banking credentials, or similar unnecessary sensitive credentials for normal participation.

2. Trading and Educational Information

Participants may voluntarily submit screenshots, paper-trading records, trade histories, wins and losses, win rates, chart images, entries/exits, assignments, journals, behavioral-assessment responses, and other educational trading information. This may be used for feedback, TMJE reports, coaching reviews, Stage development, and continuity in the trader-development process. These are educational records only.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to operate the program, register/onboard participants, process and verify payments, schedule One2One coaching, provide LIVE TRADING and Coaching Calls, administer TMBA/TMJE activities, prepare summaries/evaluations, track Stage progression, manage assignments, issue certificates, provide support, communicate program information, maintain security, improve materials and systems, document development, maintain administrative records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect intellectual property, and use participant results for marketing where appropriate consent has been obtained. © 2026 iGetMoney!CLUB™ / Trading with Maat™. 4. AI-Assisted Educational Processing - Seba Maat and Maatika

Trading with Maat may use artificial-intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and other AI services, to support educational, administrative, analytical, and documentation activities. Seba Maat refers to an AI-assisted educational and operational function. Maatika is a branded digital guide/avatar. AI- assisted activities may include TMJE review, metric calculations, coaching summaries, Stage comparisons, assignment documentation, TMBA support, report generation, educational organization, One2One preparation, and program administration. AI output may be reviewed, corrected, supplemented, or rejected by Coach SAKHEP or another authorized representative.

5. Information Submitted to Third-Party AI Services

When information is processed through third-party AI services, it may also be handled according to the provider’s terms, privacy policy, data controls, and service configuration. Trading with Maat does not control every aspect of a third-party provider’s infrastructure, retention practices, or future policies. Participants should avoid providing unnecessary highly sensitive personal or financial credentials in AI-supported interactions.

6. Human Review of AI-Assisted Records

Official coaching determinations, Stage evaluations, development decisions, and certification decisions may be based on a combination of participant-submitted information, documented trading activity, AI-assisted analysis, and human coaching judgment. Participants may identify suspected errors and request reasonable review or correction.

7. Payments and Stripe

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Trading with Maat generally does not need to receive or store complete payment-card numbers when information is entered directly into the payment processor. We may receive purchaser name, email address, payment amount/status, transaction identifier, purchase description, and limited billing information necessary for administration.

8. Squarespace and Website Information

Our website may be hosted or operated using Squarespace or another provider. Website technologies may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, cookies, analytics information, and form submissions.

9. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain website functionality, understand use, improve performance, remember preferences, measure engagement, and support security. 10. Zoom

Trading with Maat may use Zoom for LIVE TRADING, Coaching Calls, One2One sessions, classes, presentations, or other educational activities. Depending on settings, Zoom may process participant names, profile images, audio, video, chat messages, attendance, meeting metadata, and recordings. Participants will be informed when a session is being recorded where required or appropriate.

11. Telegram

Trading with Maat may use Telegram for community communications, educational resources, announcements, market observations, or other interactions. Information posted in a group or channel may be visible to other participants depending on settings. Participants should use judgment before posting personal, financial, or confidential information.

12. Email and Communications

We may use email for enrollment information, payment confirmations, One2One scheduling, access instructions, assignments, Stage information, policy updates, coaching follow-up, support responses, and other program communications. Marketing communications will include preference-management options where required by law.

13. Student Results, Testimonials, and Marketing

Trading with Maat may use aggregated or de-identified participant information for program analysis, education, research, statistics, quality improvement, and marketing where the information does not reasonably identify a participant. Examples may include aggregate win-rate data, Stage progression patterns, behavioral-development trends, TMJE improvement trends, and generalized program statistics.

14. Identifiable Marketing Use

We will seek separate authorization before intentionally publishing identifiable participant information as a testimonial, case study, performance example, or marketing feature. A participant may authorize full identity, limited identity (such as first name, initials, trader nickname, or avatar), or anonymous results only. With appropriate authorization, materials may include selected TMJE results, Stage evaluations, TMBA classifications, coaching summaries, performance metrics, screenshots, before-and-after comparisons, testimonials, photos, videos, or participant statements.

15. Accuracy of Performance Marketing

Trading with Maat will not knowingly present paper-trading results as actual-money brokerage performance, fabricate results, or materially alter results in a misleading manner. All Rights Reserved. | www.igetmoneyclub.com evaluation period, participant-specific results, complimentary or discounted participation where legally appropriate, and the fact that individual outcomes are not guaranteed.

16. Withdrawal of Marketing Authorization

A participant may request that Trading with Maat discontinue future identifiable marketing use of their name, likeness, testimonial, or personally identifying results. Such a request does not necessarily require removal from already printed materials, previously published archived content, historical business records, records necessary to document prior consent, or materials that cannot reasonably be recalled.

17. Confidentiality of Participant Information

Trading with Maat will seek to use reasonable measures to protect participant information from unauthorized disclosure. Participants are also subject to confidentiality obligations regarding other participants’ information and may not publicly disclose another participant’s TMJE results, TMBA classification, coaching evaluation, trade journal, performance data, private messages, assignments, screenshots, personal information, or other private program records without authorization.

18. Intellectual Property and Confidential Information

Information submitted by participants may coexist with proprietary Trading with Maat materials. Participant access does not authorize copying, distribution, resale, commercial teaching, or other unauthorized use of proprietary intellectual property. Separate Terms and Confidentiality agreements govern those restrictions.

19. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers for website hosting, payment processing, email, video conferencing, community communications, AI, scheduling, analytics, file storage, productivity tools, and administrative services. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary for them to provide services or where the participant intentionally uses that service.

20. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or intellectual property, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, protect participants or others, prevent misuse, or defend against legal claims.

21. Business Transfers

If Trading with Maat or iGetMoney!CLUB is reorganized, transferred, merged, sold, or moved into another business entity, participant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and reasonable continuation of privacy protections. © 2026 iGetMoney!CLUB™ / Trading with Maat™. 22. Data Retention

We may retain participant information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain educational records and Stage progression, maintain payment records, administer memberships, resolve disputes, protect intellectual property, meet tax/accounting/contractual/legal requirements, and maintain historical program documentation. Retention periods may vary by information category and system.

23. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of information handled. No internet transmission, cloud service, email system, community platform, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Participants are responsible for protecting their own accounts, devices, passwords, and credentials.

24. Participant Privacy Choices and Requests

Subject to applicable law, participants may request reasonable assistance concerning access, corrections, contact updates, marketing preferences, withdrawal of future identifiable testimonial authorization, or deletion of certain information where legally and operationally appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, contractual, security, payment, tax, dispute, intellectual-property, or legal purposes.

25. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law. These rights vary depending on jurisdiction, business size, data-processing practices, and statutory thresholds. If applicable, Trading with Maat will respond to valid privacy requests consistent with relevant law.

26. Children

Trading with Maat is not directed toward young children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Future youth or family-oriented educational programming may have separate participation and parental-consent rules.

27. Third-Party Links

Our website or program may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties. Participants should review the privacy policies of any third-party service they choose to use.

28. Changes to This Privacy Policy
