iGetMoney!CLUB™ / Trading with Maat™

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the iGetMoney!CLUB™ website, Trading with Maat™ programs, coaching services, digital materials, community resources, assessments, artificial-intelligence-supported services, LIVE TRADING sessions, One2One coaching, Zoom sessions, Telegram communities, reports, memberships, and related offerings. By accessing the website, purchasing a product or service, registering, enrolling, attending, or otherwise participating in Trading with Maat, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Services

Trading with Maat provides educational and trader-development services that may include Trading Virtues, SALUTES, Four Pillars, EDGE, TMBA assessments, TMJE evaluations, Stage 1-3 activities, One2One coaching, LIVE TRADING observation, Coaching Calls, chart and market demonstrations, assignments, journals, reports, digital learning materials, Telegram resources, and AI-assisted educational and administrative support. These services are educational and do not constitute investment advisory, brokerage, portfolio-management, legal, accounting, or tax services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Trading with Maat may establish reasonable eligibility requirements for specific programs, services, community access, or advanced stages and may decline or discontinue participation when necessary to protect the integrity, safety, educational purpose, or orderly operation of the program.

3. Enrollment and Program Access

Enrollment may require registration, One2One consultation, acknowledgment of program policies, Disclaimer acceptance, coaching waiver or agreement, TMBA or other onboarding evaluation, payment or an approved waiver/entry status, and any other stated requirements. Access begins only after required conditions are satisfied and Trading with Maat authorizes participation. Payment alone does not waive other onboarding requirements.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and to pay the amount displayed or otherwise agreed upon before completing the purchase. © 2026 iGetMoney!CLUB™ / Trading with Maat™. 5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchases are non-refundable because Trading with Maat provides digital intellectual property, coaching access, assessments, LIVE TRADING exposure, program access, proprietary methods, reports, educational content, and community participation that may be delivered immediately. This policy applies to program enrollment, One2One coaching, LIVE TRADING, Coaching Calls, TMBA/TMJE evaluations, Stage 1-3 participation, digital materials, recordings, downloads, community access, Telegram access, memberships, certificates, reports, coaching packages, and unused or missed access. Trading with Maat may voluntarily provide a reschedule, account credit, replacement access, or other accommodation, which does not modify the no-refund policy or create precedent.

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

If you miss your One2One, use the scheduling link in your confirmation email to select another available time. Repeated missed appointments may require Coach approval before rescheduling. Failure to attend does not create a right to a refund. If Trading with Maat must cancel a scheduled service, we may reschedule the session or provide another reasonable form of access or accommodation.

7. Program Delivery and Fulfillment

Program services may be delivered through the iGetMoney!CLUB website, Zoom, Telegram, ChatGPT or other AI-supported environments, email, downloadable resources, live or recorded sessions, coaching meetings, reports, evaluations, and other approved platforms. Digital access may be considered fulfilled when credentials, links, files, community access, meeting access, reports, or other purchased resources are made available.

8. Individual Responsibility

You are responsible for your own brokerage and financial accounts, trades, risk management, trading decisions, technology and internet access, reviewing information before acting, and ensuring submitted information is accurate. No Trading with Maat coach, AI system, community participant, or representative is authorized to exercise discretionary trading authority over your brokerage account.

9. AI-Assisted Services - Seba Maat and Maatika

Trading with Maat may use artificial intelligence, including ChatGPT. Seba Maat refers to an AI-assisted educational and operational function; Maatika is a branded digital guide/avatar. AI-assisted functions may include TMJE analysis, statistics, behavioral/performance reviews, assignment tracking, coaching summaries, TMBA documentation, Stage evaluations, progress tracking, educational explanations, report generation, One2One preparation, and administrative workflows. AI-generated material may be reviewed, modified, corrected, rejected, or supplemented by Coach SAKHEP or another authorized representative. 10. AI-Assisted Records and Participant Consent

By participating, you acknowledge that information you voluntarily provide may be used to create or maintain AI-assisted program records, including trade journals, TMJEs, TMBA responses, assignments, coaching notes, performance calculations, evaluation reports, Stage-development records, and coaching summaries. These are educational and administrative records, not audited financial records, brokerage statements, medical or psychological records, investment-adviser files, or performance guarantees. Do not provide passwords, Social Security numbers, brokerage login credentials, full bank credentials, or authentication codes.

11. Participant Content

You retain ownership of original materials you submit, subject to a limited license allowing Trading with Maat to use, reproduce, organize, analyze, display, and store them as reasonably necessary to provide the program, prepare evaluations, maintain educational records, support coaching, document progress, and administer participation.

12. Trading with Maat Intellectual Property

All original Trading with Maat materials and systems remain the property of their applicable owner or licensor. Protected materials may include Trading with Maat™, iGetMoney!CLUB™ branding, EDGE, SALUTES, Trading Virtues, Four Pillars, TMBA, TMJE frameworks, Stage structures, evaluation systems, scoring methods, worksheets, presentations, reports, videos, graphics, logos, digital avatars, coaching materials, training content, website content, and proprietary educational methodologies. Participation grants only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to personal educational use. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, republication, redistribution, commercial teaching, sublicensing, recording of restricted sessions, sharing paid materials, or competing commercial use is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

13. Community Conduct

Participants must interact professionally. Prohibited conduct may include harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized solicitation, malware, intentional disruption, sharing private information, unauthorized recording or redistribution, misuse of access, illegal activity, or conduct materially interfering with the educational environment. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations.

14. Account and Access Security

Access links, meeting credentials, coaching codes, member credentials, and restricted-access information are intended only for the authorized participant. 15. Suspension or Termination

Trading with Maat may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for material violations, nonpayment, fraudulent payment activity, misuse of intellectual property, abuse, security concerns, unauthorized sharing, disruption, unlawful conduct, or other substantial violations. Termination for participant violation does not create a refund right.

16. Third-Party Platforms

Trading with Maat relies on independent services that may include Squarespace, Stripe, Zoom, Telegram, brokerage/charting platforms, ChatGPT/OpenAI, email providers, and other technologies. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, outages, security practices, policy changes, account restrictions, or interruptions.

17. External Links

The website or program may link to third-party websites, tools, brokers, educational resources, or services. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or responsibility for that third party.

18. Affiliate Relationships

Trading with Maat may occasionally use affiliate or referral links. When reasonably required, we will disclose that a commission or other benefit may be received if a participant purchases through an affiliate link.

19. Errors, Corrections, and Changes

Educational materials, reports, market information, website content, or AI-generated materials may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, calculation issues, or typographical mistakes. We reserve the right to correct or update content when identified.

20. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, educational content, coaching services, AI-supported materials, and related services are provided without guarantees regarding profitability, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular trading objective, or specific results.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGetMoney!CLUB™, Trading with Maat™, their owners, coaches, instructors, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, market losses, missed opportunities, technology failures, business interruption, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance upon the program. 22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading with Maat, iGetMoney!CLUB™, their owners, representatives, coaches, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, misuse of program materials, violation of third-party rights, unauthorized distribution, or conduct within program communities.

23. Promotions, Discounts, Grants, and Waivers

Trading with Maat may offer promotional pricing, referral discounts, complimentary access, scholarships, family access, coach-approved waivers, grants, or other special arrangements. A discounted, complimentary, waived, or grant-funded enrollment remains subject to these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

24. Certificates and Stage Advancement

Completion of lessons, attendance, payment, or participation alone does not automatically guarantee Stage advancement or certification. Stage advancement and certification may consider completion requirements, TMJE activity, coaching evaluations, assessments, assignments, documented progress, behavioral development, participation, and other published criteria. Any certificate is educational only and is not a securities license, professional financial credential, broker license, investment-adviser designation, or government authorization.

25. Lifetime Membership

Where lifetime membership is offered, “lifetime” refers to the period during which the applicable iGetMoney!CLUB / Trading with Maat membership program continues to be operated, subject to these Terms. It does not guarantee that every feature, platform, coaching service, or third-party technology will remain unchanged or continuously available.

26. Program Changes

Trading with Maat may modify program structure, scheduling, tools, terminology, instructional materials, assessments, technology, delivery methods, or community platforms when reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an existing paid participant’s current access should be administered fairly and consistently with applicable law.

27. Privacy

Use of the website and program is subject to the Privacy Policy.

28. Electronic Communications

By registering or participating, you consent to program-related electronic communications necessary to administer enrollment, including confirmations, access information, appointment © 2026 iGetMoney!CLUB™ / Trading with Maat™. Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

29. Governing Law

Subject to final attorney review, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

30. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim relating to these Terms, the participant and Trading with Maat agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by written notice and reasonable discussion. Nothing prevents either party from seeking relief available under applicable law.

31. Severability

If any provision is determined unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

32. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Trading & Educational Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, applicable purchase description, enrollment documents, and any specific written program agreement, constitute the governing terms unless another signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

34. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the program, technology, services, or legal requirements evolve. The current version and effective date will be posted on the website.
